Gordon is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Pirates, Joe Frisaro of MLB.com reports.
After starting each of the team's past 13 games, Gordon will head to the bench Sunday for a scheduled day of rest. Christian Colon will draw the start at second base in his stead.
