Realmuto went 3-for-4 with a walk, two runs scored, two RBI and his second home run of the season in Thursday's extra-inning win over the Nationals.
The catcher's two-run blast off Shawn Kelley in the eighth inning knotted the ballgame at 2-2, and he then came around for the winning run on Justin Bour's double in the 10th. The Nats will be glad to see Realmuto leave town after he slashed an absurd .583/.643/1.167 through the first three games of the season.
