Chargois (neck) suffered a setback while on a rehab assignment, Christina De Nicola of MLB.com reports.
Chargois had made three rehab appearances with Triple-A Jacksonville but evidently is having issues with his neck again. The reliever has been out all season and also missed most of spring training due to neck spasms. It's not clear how long he might now be sidelined.
