The Mets optioned Sulser to Triple-A Syracuse on Wednesday, Tim Britton of The Athletic reports.
He's clearing out to make room on the roster for Yohan Ramirez, who was claimed off waivers from the Orioles earlier this week. Sulser holds a 9.64 ERA and 7:3 K:BB across 4.2 relief innings during his time with the Mets this season.
