Lindor (back) will start at shortstop and bat leadoff in Friday's game in Milwaukee, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Lindor had been slated to return to action Wednesday in Atlanta before that game got rained out. Instead, his eight-game absence will end Friday as the Mets open a series against the Brewers.
