The Mets acquired Brazoban from the Marlins on Tuesday in exchange for outfield prospect Wilfredo Lara, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.

Brazoban had primarily worked in middle relief for Miami this season and pitched well with a 2.93 ERA, 1.01 WHIP and 34:11 K:BB over 30.2 innings. The right-hander will likely fill a similar role for the Mets.
