McCann went 3-for-4 with a two-run home run in Wednesday's 5-1 win over the Phillies.
The veteran catcher connected on his first homer as a Met in the eighth inning off JoJo Romero. McCann had only four hits in six games coming into Wednesday, but the big effort boosted his slash line to .280/.333/.400.
