Baez went 2-for-5 with a solo home run and two runs scored Wednesday against the Marlins.
Baez led off the eighth inning with a solo home run, breaking a 3-3 tie. It was his second homer since joining the Mets and 24th for the season. In total, Baez has gone 4-for-20 with three RBI and four runs scored across five games with his new club.
