McNeil isn't starting Monday's game against the Phillies, Mike Puma of the New York Post reports.

McNeil was in the lineup for each of the first four games of the regular season and went 7-for-16 with a homer, three RBI, two runs, two walks and a strikeout. He'll get a breather while Luis Guillorme starts at second base and bats eighth Monday.
