Severino did not factor into the decision in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Phillies, allowing three runs on three hits and one walk with five strikeouts over six innings.

Severino was mostly in control but surrendered two home runs to Bryce Harper before departing with a 4-3 lead. The 30-year-old generated 11 whiffs on 86 pitches and has tossed three consecutive quality starts to open September. On the season, he owns a 3.77 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 149:57 K:BB across 172 innings and lines up for a rematch with the Phillies next week.
