Mayo is not in the lineup for Tuesday's game against the Nationals.

Mayo has now started just one of the last five games, taking a clear back seat to Ramon Urias at third base. The rookie is still seeking his first major-league hit, having gone 0-for-15 with 10 strikeouts. It would not be a surprise to see Mayo sent back to Triple-A Norfolk soon.
