Kremer will not make his scheduled start Monday since the game has been postponed due to inclement weather, Jon Meoli of The Baltimore Sun reports.
The game was in a rain delay for well over an hour before it was called. It will be made up Tuesday as part of a doubleheader. Baltimore has not announced its pitching plans, but Kremer figures to just move back to start one game of the twin bill.
