Holliday went 0-for-4 with a stolen base in Wednesday's 5-3 extra-inning loss to the Red Sox.
Holliday is up to four steals this season, all of which he's accumulated over his last 14 games. In that span, he's batting just .167 (8-for-48) with 17 strikeouts, but he's still seeing the bulk of the playing time at second base due to a plethora of injuries in the Baltimore infield. The 20-year-old is at a .173/.227/.304 slash line with five home runs, 21 RBI, 25 runs scored, three doubles and two triples through 49 contests.
