The Orioles signed Bowman to a minor-league contract Thursday, Jon Heyman of the New York Post reports.

Bowman will receive a prorated $1 million salary if he gets to the majors, and the deal includes an upward mobility clause on Aug. 22 and an out-out clause on Aug. 28. The righty reliever has pitched for three big-league clubs this season, yielding nine runs with a 10:7 K:BB over 15 innings.
