Urias (upper leg) isn't starting Monday's game against the Phillies, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

Urias was scratched from Sunday's lineup against the Red Sox due to an upper leg injury, and he'll remain out of the lineup for a second straight contest. Whether he's available off the bench remains to be seen, but Richie Martin will start at shortstop while Pat Valaika shifts to second base.
