Mountcastle is not starting Tuesday against the Phillies, Roch Kubatko of MASNSports.com reports.

With no DH at its disposal, Mountcastle started at first base in favor of Trey Mancini on Monday, and now the two will swap for the second game of the three-game set. Mountcastle should be a top option off the bench, however.
