Worley was placed on the 15-day DL on Tuesday with a right groin strain.
It's unclear exactly when Worley suffered the injury, but he surrendered a pair of runs on a home run in his last outing Sunday. He remains without a timetable for a return as of now, but Odrisamer Despaigne was recalled from Triple-A Norfolk on Tuesday to take Worley's roster spot in his absence.
