Orioles' Yohel Pozo: Exits early with injury

Pozo (hand) exited Tuesday's contest against the Twins in the third inning, Jake Rill of MLB.com reports.

Pozo had his glove knocked off his left hand on a swing by Twins designated hitter Josh Bell, and the catcher appeared to be in a lot of pain. To add insult to injury, Pozo was called for catcher interference, and Bell was awarded first base. Carlos Narvaez replaced Pozo in the contest, and more information on 29-year-old's status will likely be provided in the near future.
