Machado is not in Sunday's lineup against Atlanta, Kevin Acee of The San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
He gets a well-earned day off for the morning game (11:35 AM first pitch) following Saturday night's game. This is Machado's first day off of the season. He is hitting .359/.439/.586 with seven home runs and six steals in 34 games.
