Nola (back) has been activated from the 10-day disabled list ahead of his scheduled start Sunday against the Pirates, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.

Nola has been out for nearly a month with a lower-back strain, but he shouldn't face any pitch-count limitations in his return from the DL after he cruised through two rehab starts at Triple-A Lehigh Valley, covering 10.1 innings and turning in a 0.87 ERA and 0.68 WHIP. The right-hander will benefit from a favorable matchup right off the bat against a Pirates squad that has compiled a .269 team wOBA over the last two weeks, ranking last in the majors during that span.
