The Phillies promoted Stott from Double-A Reading to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.
Stott will join the Triple-A affiliate for the final week of the regular season along with two of the Phillies' other more highly regarded prospects in catcher Logan O'Hoppe and right-handed pitcher Francisco Morales. Over 351 plate appearances at Double-A this season, the 23-year-old shortstop slashed .301/.368/.481 with 10 home runs and six stolen bases.
