The Phillies transferred Kilian (oblique) to the 60-day injured list Thursday, Todd Zolecki of MLB.com reports.
Kilian initially landed on the injured list Aug. 10 with a left oblique strain, so his move to the 60-day IL will prevent him from returning before the end of the regular season. His place on the 40-man roster will be given to Jose Urquidy, who was claimed off waivers from the White Sox on Thursday.
