Sosa was lifted from the second game of Saturday's doubleheader versus the Padres with an apparent leg injury, Corey Seidman of NBC Sports Philadelphia reports.
Sosa came up lame while running from second to third in the seventh inning and was removed for a pinch runner. He had reached base after being hit on the hand by a pitch with the bases loaded.
