The Phillies transferred Lazar (oblique) from the 15-day injured list to the 60-day IL on Wednesday.
Lazar will give up his spot on the 40-man roster to catcher Garrett Stubbs, who was called up from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. The righty reliever has been out all season with a left oblique strain and won't be eligible to make his 2026 debut with the Phillies until late May.
