Suwinski is expected to be optioned to Triple-A Indianapolis on Monday, Robert Murray of FanSided.com reports.
Suwinski returned to the big leagues June 4 after a short stint in Triple-A, but he'll now head back to Indianapolis after producing a .193 average with five home runs, 13 RBI, 13 runs scored and four stolen bases over 109 at-bats in 39 games following his promotion. The outfielder has struggled to limit the strikeouts this season, striking out in 28 percent of his plate appearances entering Sunday's 6-5 win over Arizona in 10 innings. Suwinski struck out in his two at-bats Sunday before being replaced by Michael Taylor.
