Samaniego is dealing with cramping in his left shoulder, Justice delos Santos of MLB.com reports.

Samaniego had to exit a Grapefruit League game Thursday due to the injury. It's unclear at this point how long he might be out, but if it's indeed just cramping it shouldn't be too lengthy of an absence.
