The Rays activated Fraley (hernia) from the 60-day injured list Tuesday.

Fraley is finally ready to return after completing his rehab from May hernia surgery. Victor Mesa has emerged as the Rays' primary right fielder, leaving the 31-year-old Fraley without a clear path to regular playing time.
