Aranda isn't in the lineup for the second game of Tuesday's doubleheader against the Yankees, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Aranda will get a chance to rest during the latter half of Tuesday's festivities after going 1-for-3 with a strikeout in Game 1. Ryan Vilade will fill in as the Rays' first baseman and bat second.
