Baz allowed two runs, two hits and two walks while striking out seven over six innings in a no-decision against the Reds on Friday.
Baz struck out a season-high seven, but he was denied his first win of the campaign as he left the mound with the score tied 2-2. The 25-year-old gave up a two-run double to Jeimer Candelario in the first inning but would cruise from there. Baz has two quality starts in his four appearances this season, and he has 19 strikeouts in 19.2 innings.
