Bradley (6-9) allowed eight runs on eight hits and two walks over 2.1 innings Friday, striking out two and taking a loss against the Padres.
The right-hander gave up seven runs in the first two innings, with Manny Machado's three-run homer in the second frame being the biggest blow. Bradley was charged with one more run after leaving the mound in the third inning. After an unbelievable run through most of June and July (0.82 ERA over nine starts), he's been knocked around over the last several weeks. Bradley is 0-5 with a 9.53 ERA in his last six starts, pushing his season ERA up to 4.35 through 109.2 innings. His next outing is projected to come at home against the Twins next week.
