Franco doesn't have an injury and was removed from Tuesday's game against the Angels for rest purposes, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.
Franco appeared to suffer an injury when running out a groundball Tuesday, but he was instead removed for rest purposes amid an 8-0 blowout. The 21-year-old went 0-for-2 prior to his exit and should be in the lineup for Wednesday's series finale versus the Angels.
