Diaz left Sunday's game against the Yankees with an apparent injury, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Diaz appeared to slip while getting to third base in the top of the first inning, and while he was able to score a run on a Brandon Lowe groundout, he was unable to continue on defense. Isaac Paredes has taken over at first base with Diaz out.
