Diaz (shoulder) is out of the lineup for Thursday's game against the Guardians, Neil Solondz of the Rays Radio Network reports.
Diaz has missed the past eight games with the shoulder issue and will remain on the bench for Thursday's series finale in Cleveland. Isaac Paredes will receive another start at the hot corner for the Rays.
