Boesch departed Friday's spring game with a wrist injury, Alex Speier of the Boston Globe reports.
Boesch appeared to injury the wrist while diving for a fly ball, and he was escorted off the field by team trainers. It certainly appeared to be a severe injury on the surface, but an official diagnosis may not come until later in the weekend. Boesch is unlikely to make the final roster but is expected to provide organizational depth this season.
