Hamilton is not in the lineup for Sunday's game against the Yankees, Chris Cotillo of MassLive.com reports.
Hamilton is 3-for-21 with two doubles in seven games since the All-Star break and will sit Sunday against New York lefty Carlos Rodon. Jamie Westbrook will start at the keystone and bat ninth in the series finale.
