Rosario left Wednesday's spring game against the Twins with an apparent leg injury, Pete Abraham of The Boston Globe reports.
Rosario pulled up while chasing a flyball in the bottom of the fifth inning Wednesday, and he was immediately removed from the game. The exact nature and severity of the injury aren't yet known.
