Kelly (groin) will likely miss his next Triple-A start, Brian MacPherson of the Providence Journal reports.
Kelly left his last start after suffering a right groin injury and was examined in Boston on Wednesday. It was his first minor league start since being sent down -- he struck out five and allowed three runs over 4.2 innings -- and the club will likely want to be sure Kelly's back to full health before even considering calling him back up.
