Peraza signed a minor-league contract with the Red Sox on Friday, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.
Peraza played 34 games for the Red Sox in 2020 but spent the 2021 campaign with the Mets before joining the Yankees on a minor-league deal prior to the 2022 season. He slashed .243/.293/.374 with five homers, 28 RBI, 19 runs and three stolen bases over 62 games at Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to begin the year and will now serve as organizational depth for the Red Sox.
