Urias is out of the lineup for Tuesday's game at Washington, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.
Urias has a .526 OPS in eight games since being called up by Boston on Aug. 4 and will take a seat Tuesday after starting four of the previous five contests. Pablo Reyes will man the keystone and bat eighth.
