Wilson signed a minor-league contract with Boston on Friday, Chris Cotillo of The Springfield Republican reports.
It's a return to the Boston organization for Wilson, as he was acquired for Blake Swihart back in 2019. The outfielder spent last year in the Seattle organization, getting first big-league call-up in late June before being pushed off the 40-man roster just over a month later. The 26-year-old outfielder is likely to serve merely as organization depth for Boston at Triple-A Worcester.
