Houck (elbow) allowed one run on two walks over two-thirds of an inning for Double-A Portland on Tuesday, Ian Browne of MLB.com reports.
Houck began a rehab assignment with the Sea Dogs and was understandably rusty in his first game action since July 9, 2025. Only eight of his 20 offerings landed in the zone. The right-hander is next scheduled to pitch Friday and elevate his pitch count to the 40-45 range.
