Casas went 3-for-4 with three home runs and seven RBI in a win over Minnesota in the first game of Sunday's doubleheader.
Entering Sunday's contest with just one home run in September, Casas exploded for his first multi-home run game of the season and the second of his career. Casas opened the barrage with a pair of three-run home runs off Pablo Lopez in the first and third innings before belting a 423-foot solo shot off Brent Headrick in the fifth, giving him a career-best seven RBI. With Sunday's explosive performance, the 24-year-old Casas is now up to 12 home runs, 29 RBI and 26 runs scored with a .241/.332/.466 slash line in 57 games.
