O'Neill went 1-for-4 with a two-run home run in a 3-0 win over Toronto on Wednesday.

The Red Sox led by the narrowest of margins at 1-0 before O'Neill provided some insurance with his two-run blast in the eighth inning. It was the outfielder's second homer over his past four contests, which followed a 10-game stretch sandwiched around a stint on the injured list during which he didn't leave the park and notched just one extra-base hit. O'Neill began the campaign looking like an MVP candidate but has had his season slowed considerably by injuries and a decline in performance. He's nonetheless been productive when healthy, recording a .258/.345/.524 slash line with 24 home runs, 49 RBI, 62 runs and three stolen bases through 90 games.
