Warren (elbow) was reinstated from the 15-day injured list Wednesday.
Warren was on the injured list since early July due to a right flexor pronator strain, but he began a rehab assignment Aug. 6 and has been cleared to rejoin Cincinnati's bullpen. Over his four rehab appearances, he struck out five in four scoreless innings. Now that he's back to full health, Warren should be available to handle occasional setup duties.
