Finnegan exited Saturday's game with a strained left lat.
Finnegan was removed from the game after walking three batters and throwing a wild pitch in just one inning of work, marking his second straight erratic outing. It was later revealed that he is dealing with a strained lat, though it's unclear how long the injury will keep him sidelined. A trip to the DL seems likely at this point, but his status should be updated once the Reds release more information.
