India exited Thursday's game against the Dodgers with an apparent lower-body injury, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.

India ran out an infield single in the fifth inning and pulled up as he crossed first base. He exited with trainers, though there has been no further word on the exact nature of his injury. Brandon Drury replaced India at second base.
