Senzel (undisclosed) was scratched from Wednesday's lineup against Milwaukee and placed on the COVID-19 injured list, Bobby Nightengale of The Cincinnati Enquirer reports.
Senzel was slated to start in center field Wednesday and will now step away from the team. Tyler Naquin (undisclosed) was also placed on the COVID-19 IL. It's unclear if either player tested positive for the virus, but they'll both be unavailable until they clear MLB's testing protocols.
