The only blemish on Gomber's line was a solo home run by CJ Abrams in the sixth inning. The southpaw generated a solid 13 swinging strikes on 96 pitches and logged his third quality start in four August chances. On the season, he owns a 4.64 ERA, 1.28 WHIP and 94:32 K:BB across 132 innings and lines up for a tough matchup with the Yankees this weekend.
