Diaz isn't starting Wednesday against the Rangers.
Diaz returned to the field Tuesday against the Rangers and went 2-for-4 with a homer, a double, three RBI and a strikeout. He'll get a breather Wednesday while Brian Serven starts behind the dish and bats eighth.
