Diaz is absent from the lineup for Wednesday's contest against the Red Sox.

Diaz returned to action for Tuesday's 6-0 loss after missing a couple games with a calf issue, but he'll be back on the bench for the Wednesday afternoon contest. Jacob Stallings will start at catcher for the Rockies.
